Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge preferred
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week minimum
• Willing to complete required training and development
• Willing to wear uniforms and be used in advertising
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Serve as local face for TurboTax, growing local client base
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial advisory teams
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools
• Develop relationships and trust to convert prospects into long-term clients
