Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and support broader Intuit services in a local TurboTax location. You will work closely with a team of tax professionals and specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences.

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base and be the local face of TurboTax in the community.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
