Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, handling a wide range of tax scenarios with accuracy and care.

You’ll collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, build lasting client relationships, and grow TurboTax’s presence in your local community through outreach and events.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Att lawyer with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds and provide future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events, with collaboration from specialists.
