Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with specialists across Intuit.

You will build a local client base, conduct community outreach, and leverage marketing tools to grow the business, while delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and credentials (EA/CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for full service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Build relationships and represent Intuit in local marketing activities.
