Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax services in new TurboTax locations nationwide. You will act as a trusted advisor, help clients maximize refunds, and guide them to complementary Intuit products while building a local client base.

You will work onsite with a community-focused mindset, participate in local events, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing resources to raise brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - give hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex situations.
• Develop and grow a local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem by connecting clients to Intuit solutions beyond tax prep.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Support training and professional development as required by the business.
