Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns per season).
• Experience with professional tax software.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Training and up-skilling offered by Intuit.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Lead local outreach and build a local client base.
• Organize local events and partner with marketing.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
