Job summary

Intuit is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients navigate complex scenarios while building a strong local client base.

This role emphasizes community outreach, local events, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing to raise brand awareness and drive growth. Hours are typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, onsite, with potential peak-season scaling.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Build local market presence through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow a customer base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
