Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare complex and simple returns, and become the local face of TurboTax in your community.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end services while building lasting client relationships and a strong local presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community outreach and local partnerships.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and more.
