Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios, collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will build local client relationships, host community events, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to expand the client base while delivering exceptional service all year round.

Formación

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and planning.
• Engage community to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Partner with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
