Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location and focuses on in-person service, tax preparation, and personalized software support.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while delivering accurate tax advice

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax network.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and through Intuit’s video tools, addressing client inquiries and building trust.
