Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

The role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs in a friendly, on-site setting. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for in-person customers, building long-term relationships and growing the local client base with marketing

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA or attorney) and strong tax preparation experience.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and community members.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax locations, including weekends.
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with tax law, Circular 230, and professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan ahead.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver a high-quality, in-person customer experience at retail locations.
