Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to serve in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax guidance, and software support while building relationships with local clients. You will engage with customers in-person, drive new client acquisition, and grow the local TurboTax presence through community activities and collaboration with TurboTax marketing.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Support local marketing efforts and build a local and online presence through community activities and content creation.
