Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

This non-exempt role emphasizes community engagement, helping customers navigate taxes, and building long-term relationships with clients while using TurboTax tools to empower financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s for federal and state per tax season.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location; 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for in-store customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in outreach and marketing.
• Assist customers with tax software and product support.
