Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and developing client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTip customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and ongoing client support.
