Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide advice, and build relationships within the local community, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

This role emphasizes in-person service, community engagement, and utilizing TurboTax products to deliver accurate tax solutions while growing the client base and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/Attorney license required.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base within local community and drive loyalty.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive ambassador.
