Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at retail or flagship locations in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and advice using TurboTax products. You will engage with clients, grow the local client base, and provide friendly, accurate tax guidance in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role supports community outreach, marketing, and building ongoing client relationships, with a focus on empowering customers toward positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite availability 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
