Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

The role emphasizes a trustful, customer-focused experience, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to build lasting relationships and deliver positive financial outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and by helping clients reach financial goals.
