Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and foster loyalty. The role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence in the United States, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location for minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
