Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will serve in-person and virtual clients, acting as a trusted advisor for personal and business tax needs while aligning with Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity. As an onsite specialist, you will grow the local client base through outreach and events, collaborating with tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with a professional demeanor.
