Intuit, Inc. seeks passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You’ll serve clients in person and virtually, addressing personal and business tax needs and linking customers to the wider Intuit ecosystem for ongoing support. You will build relationships, grow the local client base, and represent Intuit in community events, delivering a high‑quality customer experience while

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year‑round support
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Work on-site at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, during standard hours
