Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, offer expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem.

You will work onsite in a TurboTax location, collaborating with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end service and grow the local customer base. You will build lasting client relationships, provide personalized tax planning, and help clients navigate complex scenarios while representing Intuit in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may need to be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Serve as a trusted guide connecting clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
