Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will serve clients in-person and virtually, collaborating with specialists to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and personalized financial guidance.

The role emphasizes community outreach, building a local client base, and using Intuit tools to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while delivering exceptional service and value.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and local events.
• Coordinate with a team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory experts to deliver end-to-end services.
• Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences in-person and via virtual tools.
