Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in new locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes using TurboTax products.

You will work with a collaborative team to provide full-service tax preparation, personalized guidance, and connect clients with related Intuit services, while building lasting relationships in your local market.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless client experience.
Engage with customers in-person and via video tools to address inquiries.
