Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax services, from simple W-2 filings to complex scenarios, while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem. As a key local ambassador, you will grow the client base, lead community events, and collaborate with marketing tools to build trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite office presence required; schedule 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ~20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Act as local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions.
