Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building local relationships and expanding the client base.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attny with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years, 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Must complete training and development; uniforms provided; advertising use of name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead local growth as a community ambassador and drive outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries and improve outcomes.
