Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and help grow the local client base with marketing support. You must reside in the United States and have at least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season; EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help build long-term trust and client relationships.
