Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the U.S. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local client base and fostering loyalty.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license, have 3+ years of tax prep experience, and can work Sundays–Saturdays for at least 20 hours weekly, in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN on file to file taxes.
• State license/certifications or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 a plus.
• Ability to work onsite 20 hours/week; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Build long-term relationships and grow client base.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person.
