Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person while building a local client base.

You will be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and delivering personalized tax solutions. A strong tax background (EA/CPA/attorney) and at least 3 years of relevant filing experience are required, with bilingual

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred and strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a front-facing ambassador in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Assist in growing the TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Leverage marketing support and TurboTax tools to build client relationships.
