Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide tax preparation services, advice, and product support while engaging with the local community to grow a loyal client base.

This on-site role emphasizes exceptional customer care and financial empowerment. Qualified candidates will have active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, 3+ years preparing 1040s, and be comfortable working a 20+ hour weekly

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses or permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.
