Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) Product Management Senior Manager to lead the product lifecycle for proprietary tax technology solutions used to enable delivery of professional services to clients.

The role blends deep tax knowledge with technology product development, guiding roadmaps, requirements, testing, deployments, and change management across tax and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in tax and/or technology product management, required.
• Four or more years of experience in tax, preferred.
• Experience with enterprise-grade tax applications supporting professional services.
• CPA/JD/EA/PMP or other relevant certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the vision and product roadmap aligned with tax practice strategy.
• Manages product scope, budget, and timeline; leads the product team.
• Gathers requirements and user stories; develops testing plans and release logistics.
• Coordinates with tax practice and technical teams for deployments and change management.
