Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a GES Experienced Senior Associate to develop and implement methods to maximize client benefits by reducing current and future taxes. The role includes taxation of equity and deferred compensation, plus individual and corporate income tax work.

The position covers research, compensation planning, and consulting across a range of client engagements, with supervision of associates and interns as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in compensation or strategic service consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or HR is required
• Master’s degree preferred; CCP/CPA certification encouraged

Responsibilities

• Research and outline relevant issues and sources
• Analyze facts and sources; prepare detailed reports
• Assist with compensation planning and benchmarking for executive compensation models
• Support tax and regulatory advisory work related to compensation
