Job summary

BDO USA seeks a GES Experienced Senior Associate to maximize client benefits by reducing taxes and executing equity and deferred compensation tax tasks. Role includes research, compliance, compensation consulting, and strategic studies to support executives across engagements.

You’ll supervise junior staff, ensure training on relevant software, and contribute to professional development while meeting deadlines and delivering quality analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources, required.
• Master’s degree in Business Services, Human Resources or related field, preferred.
• Three or more years in compensation and/or strategic service consulting, preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional or CPA certification, preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel and Word emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Research and outline issues, sources, and benchmarks for client projects.
• Perform tax compliance activities and document work products for review.
• Review compensation programs and provide creative approaches to opportunities.
• Develop market studies and assist with strategy development for clients.
• Supervise Associates and Interns, provide feedback and evaluations.
