Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources, preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in compensation or strategic service consulting, preferred.
• CPA certification or other relevant certification preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with statistical software preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Research: identify when research is needed, outline issues, and cite sources.
• Tax Compliance: ensure client compliance while identifying options to minimize tax and burdens.
• Compensation And Benefits Consulting: review SEC filings and best practices to propose compensation opportunities.
• Strategy Development: study market practices and tax/regulatory activities to identify actions for clients.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: supervise associates and interns, review work, and ensure training.
