Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a GES Senior Associate to develop and implement compensation strategies aimed at maximizing client benefits and reducing taxes on equity and deferred compensation, as well as personal and corporate income taxes.

This role involves researching compensation benchmarks, tax compliance work, and advising on executive compensation practices across engagements, with emphasis on thorough analysis and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources, preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of compensation/consulting experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze compensation-related issues across client engagements.
• Conduct research and benchmark executive compensation.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance for compensation strategies.
• Support senior professionals in project delivery and client communication.
