BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Experienced Senior Associate in Tax and Compensation consulting. The role focuses on developing strategies to maximize client benefits, and executing tasks related to equity and deferred compensation, as well as individual and corporate income taxes.

Responsibilities include research, tax compliance, compensation and benefits consulting, and strategy development, with supervisory duties for Associates and Interns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources is required
• Master's degree in Business Services, Human Resources or other relevant field is preferred
• Three or more years of compensation/consulting experience is preferred
• Certified Compensation Professional or CPA certification is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements efficient methods to maximize client benefits and reduce taxes.
• Researches and analyzes compensation-related tax issues and prepares detailed reports.
• Reviews SEC filings, survey data, and best-practice guidance to advise on compensation opportunities.
• Assists in market studies and development of compensation strategies.
• Supervises Associates and Interns, with focus on deadlines and quality.
