Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field is required
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles
• CPA or CCP is preferred but not required
• 2+ years of experience in compensation or strategic service consulting preferred
• Strong written and verbal English skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and outline issues with sources to support client work
• Assist with compensation planning and benchmarking for executive packages
• Support tax compliance and reporting for clients to minimize burdens
• Contribute to strategy development and studies of market practices to advise clients
