Job summary

EY seeks a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications for the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role requires collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, strong editing skills, and the ability to work independently under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities, engage SMEs, secure reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand guideline compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles, and news page.
• Leverage communications expertise to maintain consistent messaging across audiences.
• Collaborate with video production team on internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to measure reach and engagement.
