Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails.

The role requires collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, strong editing and data-driven decision making, and the ability to deliver high-quality content while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with the Communications and Engagement team and stakeholders to support objectives.
• Identify content opportunities and edit content as needed.
• Edit and review content for grammatical accuracy and brand compliance.
• Manage channels for the function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page.
• Liaise with video production teams on internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement for internal campaigns.
