Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. The role emphasizes collaboration with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams, content creation, editing, and data-driven reporting.

You will manage newsletters, internal articles, presentations, and process guides, ensuring consistency with EY's brand while tracking metrics to inform strategy. The position requires strong writing and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy and engage with stakeholders to support objectives.
• Identify content opportunities and secure reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand consistency.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page.
• Liaise with video production for internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement.
• Develop communications plans for client groups with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize work to meet client commitments and deadlines.
