Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications within the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role requires collaborating with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams across the firm and managing multiple priorities with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Typically no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with SMEs, secure reviews, and edit as needed.
• Edit content for grammar, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles, and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences using communications expertise.
• Collaborate with video production teams for internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to inform results-based decisions.
