Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and process guides, while maintaining data metrics and brand consistency.

The role requires collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Engagement teams, strong editing skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage SMEs, secure reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles, and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences and liaise with video teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement.
• Develop communications plans for client groups with various functions.
• Participate in additional internal client programs as required.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
