Job summary

EY seeks a Communications Supervising Associate to strengthen internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, and manage process guides and data metrics.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, identify content opportunities, and ensure quality and brand compliance across channels. This role offers growth in a large, matrix organization with evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other AI tools.
• Experience in large matrix organizations or Big Four is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat/PDF-XChange, Adobe platform, OneAccess, Marketo and Process Management.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy, working with the Communications and Engagement team and internal and external stakeholders to support the function's objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, secure appropriate reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content to ensure grammatical accuracy, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage channels for the business function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page, and more.
• Leverage communications knowledge and expertise to ensure consistent messaging across all audiences.
• Liaise with the video production team on various internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach, engagement, and other performance measures for internal communication campaigns, helping to inform results-based decision making.
• Work with Service Lines, Industry and/or functional groups to develop a communications plan for specific client groups.
• Participate in other functional/internal client programs as required.
• Effectively prioritize work and balance multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines.
