Job summary

EY is seeking an Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news, newsletters, presentations, and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role operates with general supervision and requires independent work, collaborating with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Identify content opportunities and secure reviews/approvals for materials.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand alignment.
• Manage internal channels: newsletters, articles, and news pages.
• Analyze metrics to inform results-based decisions.
