EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role operates with general supervision and requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders. You will monitor content quality, ensure brand consistency, and analyze engagement metrics to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and analytics/AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy across the Americas Tax Service Line.
• Identify content opportunities and edit as needed.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and comms teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement, inform decisions.
• Develop comms plans for client groups with various functions.
• Prioritize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
