Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You’ll develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, and maintain process guides and data metrics.

The role requires proactive collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, sharp editing, and the ability to analyze reach and engagement to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream; Adobe Analytics; Power BI; and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communications strategy with stakeholders across EY.
• Identify content opportunities and secure reviews/approvals; edit as needed.
• Edit and review content for grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles, and news pages.
• Collaborate with video production teams for internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics on reach and engagement to inform decisions.
• Develop communications plans with client groups and functional teams.
• Prioritize work to meet client commitments and deadlines.
