EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role involves collaborating with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams and working with multiple stakeholders. The position supports the function's objectives, requires strong editing skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities and coordinate with subject matter experts for reviews and approvals.
• Edit content to ensure grammar, quality, and brand adherence.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page.
• Leverage communications knowledge for consistent messaging across audiences.
• Collaborate with video production teams on internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to inform results-based decisions.
• Develop communications plans with client groups and functional teams.
• Prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
