Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications within the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

Operating with general supervision, you will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, balance multiple priorities, and drive engaging, standards-compliant messaging across internal audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a communications or related major.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.
• Ideally experience in large matrix organizations or Big Four environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities, coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Liaise with video production teams for internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement.
• Develop communications plans with various groups for client audiences.
• Participate in other internal programs and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Meet client commitments and deadlines through effective prioritization.
