Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop articles, newsletters, presentations and emails, while maintaining guides and data metrics to drive outcomes.

The role requires collaborating with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams, editing for grammar and brand compliance, managing channels, and reporting on reach and engagement to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to align objectives.
• Identify content opportunities and edit content for quality and brand adherence.
• Edit and review content for grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news pages.
• Analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Service Lines, Industry groups to craft targeted communications plans.
• Prioritize multiple tasks to meet client commitments and deadlines.
