Qualifications

• Experience in client service or call center is required or Insurance/Financial experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and over the phone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Be the Tax Expert: you will assist clients with tax deposits and filing.
• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver: use a breadth of expertise to resolve client issues and provide solutions.
• Build Relationships: engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations with integrity.
• Leverage ADP product knowledge to provide solutions and train clients on product value.
• Demonstrate Client Focus: troubleshoot and resolve payroll and tax issues promptly and professionally.
