ADP is seeking a Senior Client Service & Product Support Specialist – Tax for a hybrid role in Florida. You will provide high-quality tax service, manage deposits and filings, and act as front-line for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Training starts May 4.

You'll build strong client relationships, resolve issues, and apply product knowledge to deliver effective solutions. The role rewards accuracy, empathy, and timely responses within a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least four years of client service and/or call center experience or six years in Insurance/Financial Institution.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to summarize problems and explain solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong analytical/time-management skills.
• Flexible schedule within 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Be the Tax Expert. Assist clients with tax deposits and filing; manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. Use broad knowledge to help clients solve problems and provide solutions.
• Build Relationships. Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to exceed expectations with integrity.
• Leverage ADP product knowledge to provide solutions and train clients on best practices.
• Demonstrate Client Focus by troubleshooting payroll and tax issues promptly.
